The Village of Oostburg is a small community with a fast-growing industrial park. With new manufacturers continually relocating to the area, Prevea saw a healthcare service opportunity.

They called upon Abacus Architects and a local developer, ensuring they’d get a facility and location that would suit both the requirements of Prevea, and the needs of their future patients.

The Prevea clinic is one of two tenants located in this downtown building. Coming in at just under 3,000 square feet, this location contains a reception area, a procedure room, a blood-draw room, an x-ray room, a drug-screening room, one office and five exam rooms, giving the staff an overall efficient workspace.

Prevea has been a great addition to this growing main-street community! We’re happy to have helped them, and the Village of Oostburg, build a lasting relationship.
